We are a small-batch roastery. That is not a marketing flourish — it is a production ceiling we chose. Every coffee on our shelf is roasted in batches small enough that a person tasted the lot, wrote the roast curve, and stood at the drum while it ran. We roast twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays, and we ship within 48 hours of roast. Nothing sits.

The name is the method. Intention means we buy green coffee from washing stations and co-ops we return to season after season, and we pay premiums tied to cup quality rather than the commodity ticker. It means we roast light when the origin is the story, and medium when the morning is. It means the equipment shelf only carries the kit we actually brew on at the bar.

We are not chasing scale. We are chasing the version of this where the farmer, the roaster and the person holding the cup are all glad the transaction happened. If that sounds like your kind of coffee, the shelf is open.
